Appraisal Experience Summary
​We are a provider of real estate valuations for private clients and the mortgage lending marketplace, with many years of experience in the business. The principle owner Mike Hourahan has been active in various facets of the real estate industry, including financial management and appraising since 2002. Mr. Hourahan is a Certified Residential Appraiser and he has extensively appraised properties which include single family, condominium, small income, apartment style, and mixed use properties.
